As we all know most laws are set on precedent and I have shown you previously that forcing you to buy something was set into law while a whole bunch of our Fore Fathers were still sitting in Congress as well as a precedent for furnishing health care so we will have to see just what is going to happen.
"back in 1790 congress (with 22 framers of the constitution setting) passed a law that said that all Masters of ships with over 10 crewmen had to furnish a Doctor and medicines and etc"
AND
"In 1792 Congress passed a law (17 framers sitting) that forced every man from 18-44 had to purchase a weapon, bayonet and accoutrements"

Issued March, 1924. ... More than five million farms in the United States produced eggs.
In 1925, Presque Isle was home to 11,105 chickens, 6 percent of those roosting on Aroostook farms. ... But no one counted the eggs!

Steve, you're welcome. My husband has an old Maine Register that he bought at a used book store. (1954-55)It has a lot of info about each town. He also has a book titled "Maine Place Names" that tells where town names came from.

Heard on the news this morning that the middle section that raises for the boats will be removed tomorrow. That one section they estimate to weigh 2 million pounds. Should make quite a show and it has to be done with the tide.

PB altho your writings are lengthy. They are informative. I think you could be great at teaching young people the constitution. .You are right up there with Mr. Bion Blunt of Cunningham and Dorothy Dingwall of PIHS. They are some of, in my opinion great teachers.
Who ever wins will inherit a mess!
It is like buying a condemed hotel. "A Money pit or one candidate can save us is "NUTS"
